EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State University has hired Pat Fitzgerald to be the Spartans’ head football coach, the university announced on Monday.
Fitzgerald will be formally introduced on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at a press conference on MSU’s campus at 3 p.m.
The hire requires the approval of the MSU Board of Trustees, with the next scheduled meeting on Friday, Dec. 12.
