Conference championship week is upon us, and with it comes plenty of drama about who will be in and who will be left out of the College Football Playoff .

When the playoff expanded to 12 teams, many wondered if it would eventually doom conference championship games or cheapen them, but there's no shortage of motivation for every team playing this weekend.
