SPOKANE, Wash - Three of the people charged with trying to injure federal officers during an ICE protest in Spokane last June will change their pleas to guilty.

Mikki Hatfield has a change of plea hearings schedule for Wednesday.

Former Spokane City Council president Ben Stuckart will change his plea next Monday.

Collin Muncey will change his plea December 9th.

There's no further information in court files about whether the original charges will be modified as part of a plea agreement.

The protest arose after Stuckart alerted the community that several people who were in the United States seeking asylum had been detained and were going to be transported to an ICE facility in western Washington for deportation.
