Arizona's Clean Elections Commission filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State Adrian Fontes over his approval of a name change for one of the state's newest political parties. The New Labels Party recently changed its name to the Arizona Independent Party, a decision that took effect Monday. The Clean Elections Commission argues the name creates confusion for voters.
