( NewsNation ) — The journalist who reported Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes the U.S. has given recovered UFO and UAP technology to contractors says President Trump should speak publicly about the widely debated topic.

“He needs to speak directly to the American people and explain what’s going on here. There is conflicting messages,” Michael Shellenberger told “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” on Tuesday.
