Long before construction on Acrisure Arena was completed, in late 2022, there was a promise that professional boxing would one day be included on the list of events the $500 million venue would host.

That day will finally come in early 2026.

Golden Boy Promotions will start the year off by deviating from its Coachella Valley home at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino for a big card on Jan. 16 at Acrisure Arena, with broadcast partner DAZN.
