Meghan Markle has been criticised for focusing on the importance of family in her Netflix series due to having no contact with her own family – including her own father. The royal is thought to have not spoken to Thomas Markle since 2018 , the same year that she married Prince Harry in Windsor.

The episode, which will be available to watch on Netflix today , will see Meghan prepare for the festive season. It is believed the episode will show the Duchess of Sussex and her friends "embrace" old traditions and start new ones.
