Weather forecast maps have shown blobs of snow are set to fall over the UK in days. A patche of wintery percipitation can be seen on WXCharts maps for December 5 in Lincolnshire in the East Midlands, just in land from the coast. Another bit of white is apparently over the Yorkshire Dales , spanning upwards towards the west of Newscastle. Snow is predicted to fall next to it in the Lake District, with this globule stretching up across the Scottish border, and stopping below Edinburgh.
Two massive chunks of white can then be seen in the Scottish highlands, above Glasgow and to the west of Dundee and Aberdeen.
