Quentin Tarantino has made his share of hit movies during the 21st century, including “Inglourious Basterds,” “Django Unchained” and “Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood.”
But he picks a film by another acclaimed director, Ridley Scott, as the best since the turn of the century — “Black Hawk Down,” released in 2001. Tarantino revealed his pick on “The Bret Easton Ellis” podcast, according to Deadline .
“I liked it when I first saw it, but I actually think it was so intense that it stopped working for me, and I didn’t carry it with me the way that I should’ve,” Tarantino said.
