The Bullring has changed the way customers can pay to park in its three official car parks.
The shopping centre has implemented a new 'Drive In. Drive Out' service where customers can scan a QR code or sign up on the website so they can pay for parking more easily.
It eliminates the need to get a ticket and queue at the pay points to pay and validate before exiting the Edgbaston Street, Moor Street and Centre car parks.

The system uses number plate scanners, charging motorists automatically upon exit, and card payment at the barriers are also accepted 'for added flexibility'.
