Hooker Furnishings agrees to sell furniture brands for $4.8M

Hooker Furnishings Corp. said Monday it has agreed to sell its Pulaski Furniture and Samuel Lawrence Furniture casegoods brands to Magnussen Home Furnishings Inc. for an estimated $4.8 million.
