The West Virginia Board of Education announced Tuesday it will be reinstating its school vaccine mandate without religious exemption after a state Supreme Court decision.

The West Virginia Supreme Court chose to stay a permanent injunction issued by a circuit judge that said the state’s vaccine mandates without religious exemptions were illegal.
