The Hope Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Thalia Zarate, 22 of Hope, AR was reported missing from the 400 block of East 13th Street on. Zarate was last seen on 12/02/2025 at about 12:30 am and was wearing a bright yellow jacket, white boots and white pajama pants.
