HALIFAX - The sexual assault case involving Mike Smith of “Trailer Park Boys" fame returns to court in late January.

A lawyer for the Nova Scotia-born actor appeared in Dartmouth, N.S., provincial court on Smith's behalf Wednesday morning, and told Judge Brad Sarson he is waiting for outstanding disclosure.
