One of the most panned superhero movies of all time, led by a character who has been ripe for a reboot (and supposedly getting one) for years, is now streaming for free. While comic book movies have since become the dominant genre in modern Hollywood, this was far from the case back in 1997, and one such adaptation joined what was once a surprisingly long list of condemned comic book efforts. Maybe now, amid the waning interest in the MCU, this savaged superhero flick is prime for a reevaluation.
