One of Penn State’s most notable and final remaining members of the 2026 recruiting class has officially flipped his allegiance.
Four-star safety Matt Sieg committed to West Virginia on Wednesday , the opening of the early national signing period. Sieg committed to Penn State and now-fired head coach James Franklin on Nov. 24, 2024, and maintained his commitment through Wednesday. But he’ll officially be a Mountaineer to start his college career.
