UnitedHealthcare says added responsibilities and holiday expectations can lead to stress and emotional strain. Dr. Abigail Miller, Chief Medical Officer, visited KARE 11 News at Noon on Wednesday to share some tips for you or a loved one who is struggling with mental health this time of year.
Miller said digital tools and apps can be an accessible place to start. The Calm Health app offers meditation practices, stress management content, screenings, coaching and additional resources.
