A family-run farm is hosting its own Christmas event with carol singing, festive food and photo opportunities. Bates Farm, located in Warrington , has been run by the Wilshaw family for decades and has been at its current location since 1953. Fiona Wilshaw runs the farm with mum Diane Wilshaw and her sister Alison Wilshaw, who looks after events and the coffee shop at the farm.

This year, the family are hosting Christmas event 'Deck the Barn', all in the "cosy backdrop" of the Warrington farm. The ticketed event will feature an hour-long interactive carol concert, a festive food and drink offering and the chance to meet some of the animals who live on the farm.
