Tesco is giving away hundreds of Christmas trees for free this weekend - but only for one day at selected stores. Households are beginning to dust off the baubles. Christmas will be here before we know it, but not everyone has sorted out their tree.
Sadly, when it comes to real trees, the wonkier ones don’t always make it onto the shelves, but they’re just as lovable. It’s those trees that Tesco wants to find a home.
In select stores across the UK on Saturday, December 6, Tesco will be giving away wonky Christmas trees, with an optional charitable donation. It’s happening just in time, since a quarter of Brits pencil in the second weekend of December for putting up their Christmas tree .
