GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - In Brown County Court on Wednesday, a judge found probable cause for a trial against a former Green Bay school board member.

Kou Lee resigned from the board earlier this year. He is charged with felony election fraud and felony false swearing.

The charges stem from allegations that Lee misrepresented his residency on campaign documents for the April 2024 school board election.

Investigators say Lee listed a Green Bay address on his candidacy papers. However, a neighbor told police lee had not lived at that address since 2021.

Additionally, a property tax bill for a Hobart address, which is outside the Green Bay school district, indicated it was Lee’s primary residence.

Lee will be back in court for arraignment next month.
