This winter’s drinks lean into two big trends: adding protein, and Dubai chocolate–inspired flavors. Starbucks is rolling out a new Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, both made with a new sugar-free version of the caramel syrup that you’ll now be able to use to customize any drink.
