INDIANAPOLIS – Colts head coach Shane Steichen said the decision to bring in veteran NFL kicker Justin Tucker , who was suspended for 10 weeks for violating the league’s personal conduct policy , for a three-kicker tryout Wednesday came down to the Colts ’ front office led by general manager Chris Ballard.
Tucker was released by the Ravens in May following an investigation by the NFL for sexual misconduct allegations stemming from a Baltimore Banner report that 16 Baltimore-area massage therapists at eight different spas accused the 36-year-old of sexual misconduct in incidents that reportedly took place during 2012-16.
