It’s hard to remember how excited we all were in the early going this season. There were a couple of inspiring wins on that recent road trip, against Utah and Vegas, but mostly it’s been pretty ugly in recent weeks.

There were few positives in November, other than Juraj Slafkovsky’s rejuvenated play after being sent down to the second line. One of the things that I find odd is with the goaltending falling off the cliff, the defense in complete chaos and much of the scoring gone cold, you’d think there’d be more scrutiny of the coaching staff.
