Diego Pavia isn’t exactly hiding his frustration with the College Football Playoff committee. Well, thanks to his brother’s antics that got the latter arrested during a Tennessee vs Vanderbilt game, the Vanderbilt’s QB1 has been the talk of the town lately. And now, the man’s caught throwing a Hail Mary to the Oval Office.
After Tuesday night’s CFP rankings dropped, Pavia went full fourth-quarter desperation and asked the President of the United States to sign an executive order expanding the Playoff to 16 teams. Yup. Forget lobbying the committee. He’s taking it straight to the Commander-in-Chief.
On3 blasted the moment on Instagram, posting, “Vandy QB Diego Pavia is calling for President Donald Trump to sign an executive order to expand the College Football Playoff to 16 teams.”
