The Loveland Police Department arrested a 19-year-old Loveland man at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday at 14th Street Southwest and South Garfield Avenue on a failure-to-appear warrant.

Deputies also arrested a 46-year-old transient man in the 500 block of North Lincoln Avenue at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday who was arrested on three misdemeanor warrants.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office arrested five people Tuesday in Loveland on outstanding warrants.
