A much-loved County Durham seaside food festival will return next year, bosses have confirmed.

Seaham Food Festival is once again set to delight foodies from across the county on August 1 and 2 next year.

Thousands attend the annual event, which features more than 100 stalls and live demonstrations by celebrity chefs.

Businesses hoping to have a stall of their own at the festival are now being encouraged to apply, with the deadline of February 12.
