A 25-year-old East Lansdowne man has been charged with exposing himself to children on Long Lane.
Jahquel Jaguar Williams of the 100 block of Lewis Avenue has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure, stalking, open lewdness and harassment following an incident Monday.
According to Upper Darby police:
At 3:22 p.m., the East Lansdowne Police Department responded to Vision Academy along Penn Boulevard after a juvenile reported a male was touching himself.
The child told police she had been walking on Long Lane near Radbourne Road in Upper Darby with three friends when they saw a man masturbating in the alley at Radbourne Road and Clinton Road.
