Giannis Antetokounmpo and his agent, Alex Saratsis, are in discussions with the Milwaukee Bucks about the two-time NBA MVP’s future, including whether he should stay or explore a move elsewhere, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania .

A resolution is expected in the coming weeks, which could determine his availability before the Feb. 5 trade deadline.

Antetokounmpo started the season bought into GM Jon Horst and coach Doc Rivers’ championship vision, planning to evaluate the first 25 games before deciding on his long-term future. The Bucks , however, are struggling, sitting 9–13 and 11th in the Eastern Conference, having lost eight of their last nine games.
