A Eubank man was charged with first-degree Rape after an investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

Aaron Jefferson Acton, 35, was taken into custody November 26. He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center in lieu of a $100,000 cash bond.
