A Kingston man was sentenced to serve multiple life sentences in prison last week, after a jury found him guilty of killing his wife and committing several other felonies in February 2025.

Fatih Mehmet Ketenci, 48, was convicted on all 15 counts he was charged with, including first-degree murder, burglary, assault, robbery, kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment and a protection order violation for each family member. Ketenci was arrested following the homicide in February, when he reportedly restrained his teenage son at a secondary location, and then stabbed and killed his 48-year-old wife while his two youngest children, ages 10 and 3, were inside the home.
