Andy Robertson returns for Milos Kerkez for the visit of Sunderland. But Mohamed Salah once more begins as a Liverpool substitute.

The Premier League champions are aiming to put back-to-back victories together for the first time since September when they host the high-flying Black Cats and Scotland captain Robertson is the only change from Sunday's 2-0 win at West Ham United .

That means Salah once more starts on the bench as Slot keeps Alexander Isak up top after the Sweden striker scored his first league goal at the weekend after nearly three months as a Liverpool player
