PITTSBURGH —

A traffic restriction will be in effect for drivers on I-376 (Parkway East) and Route 28 while graffiti is being removed Thursday morning.

PennDOT has announced a lane restriction on westbound I-376 between Exit 73B (Oakland) and Exit 70C (Fort Duquesne Bridge/North Shore) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Route 28 drivers will see single-lane restrictions in both directions from 10 a.m. to noon, PennDOT said. The restriction for southbound traffic is between Exit 5 (North 8/Butler) and Exit 3B (Millvale), while the northbound restriction is between the I-279 North/East Ohio Street and 31st Street Bridge/Strip District exits.
