Robert Cosby Jr., the son of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby , pleaded guilty to eight charges at Salt Lake County District Court. According to People , they include felony property damage, two counts of violating a protective order, assaulting a police officer, violating parole, criminal trespass, and misdemeanor assault. Six other misdemeanor charges were dismissed with prejudice, meaning they cannot be refiled.

The charges stem from multiple incidents this fall involving Cosby’s soon-to-be ex-wife, Alexiana Arian Smokoff, and her father, Shad Stoke. Smokoff filed for divorce on November 24, and Cosby entered his pleas a day later.
