A man accused of trespassing on to the Kansas property of football star Travis Kelce — and seeking to serve a subpoena on his girlfriend Taylor Swift — entered a program that'll likely absolve him of this offense, the defendant's attorney said Wednesday.
Justin Lee Fisher was arrested and booked on suspicion of criminal trespassing in the early morning hours of Sept. 15 on Cherokee Court in Leawood, Kansas, which is about 16 miles southwest of Kelce's place of work, GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, police records showed.
Hours earlier, Kelce and the Chiefs lost, 20-17 , to the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles at Arrowhead.
