DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) -- Lindsey Franz and Rheanna Ollis, the Community Relations Coordinator and Community Relations Administrator for the City of Danville, came on WCIA 3 News at Noon to preview this year's Night of Lights Parade. The parade will take place Friday, starting at 6 p.m. near the Fischer Theatre.
