Homes England has today announced a Strategic Place Partnership (SPP) with the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA), making it the Agency’s 10th SPP with Mayoral Strategic Authorities (MSAs) across England.
Strategic Place Partnerships are a key way Homes England supports locally driven housing and regeneration efforts, by providing a framework for the Agency to work closely with local leaders who know their communities best.
In the East Midlands, Homes England is already working alongside EMCCA to deliver significant regeneration projects in the region, such as Broad Marsh in Nottingham.
The Agency purchased the Broad Marsh site, a former shopping centre in the heart of Nottingham, in March this year. Work is already underway to derisk the development with the aim to attract
