TYLER, Texas — For the second year, Larry Sauls is making merry miracles through the Children’s Miracle Network. He and his donors gave $5,000 to fill Santa’s Workshop.
The Christus Mother Frances Hospital staff transformed an area of the hospital into a toy store. It allows children and their families who can’t be home for the holidays to go pick up a toy.
“I’m able to order $5,000 worth of toys for infants all the way up until teenagers — things that they’d be interested in, things that might cheer them up for the holiday season," Sauls said. "I was raised by a single mother, and I’ve been very fortunate and blessed in my lifetime to have a great truck sales career with Rush Truck Centers and great customers.
