Police thwart violent attack plot on University of Delaware campus

In Delaware, officers patrolling the area initiated a traffic stop and confronted a student in a park after hours. The man was armed with a loaded handgun, ammunition and an armored ballistic plate. NBC News’ Sam Brock has the latest.
