Boston College women’s basketball fell to Quinnipiac, 76-49, on Wednesday afternoon in Conte Forum.
The Eagles fall to 4-7 on the season, while the Bobcats improve to 4-3.
Amirah Anderson led Boston College with 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting with three rebounds. Kayla Rolph pulled down a team-best eight rebounds, while Kaia Henderson dished out four assists with eight points.
BC held an early 4-0 lead after an Ava McGee layup, while forcing Quinnipiac to miss its first four shots of the game. However, an 8-of-9 stretch over the next six minutes gave the Bobcats a 13-point lead. A 3-pointer by Jocelyne Grier followed by a Henderson jumper sliced the gap to eight, 19-11, going into the second.
