BILLINGS, Mont. – RiverStone Health is moving forward with plans to purchase the Colonial Apartments on Billings’ South Side. The aging property has raised safety concerns for years, and RiverStone Health aims to address these issues and more. The Colonial Apartments sit just outside RiverStone Health's downtown campus. Officials plan to demolish the existing buildings and replace them with a community resiliency center to better support South Side residents.
