In a day already filled with news and rumors surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo , a tangible scare was added to the mix.
The Bucks star left Wednesday night’s game against the Pistons in the first quarter with a right calf strain. Milwaukee said he will not be returning to the contest.
Antetokounmpo made a nifty assist to AJ Green before falling to the floor holding his right leg as he started to work his way back up the court.

He sat on the floor for a few seconds before limping off the court under his own power.
Antetokounmpo finished with two points, one rebound and one assist in three minutes.
