Clinton Township ― Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel praised the county's past 15 years under an executive form of government Wednesday and said its finances, infrastructure and economy have improved over that period.
"This new structure, our structure, has allowed us to challenge ourselves, seize opportunities and plan for the future," Hackel said Wednesday evening. "And because of that, I believe Macomb County is stronger today than ever, and we are stronger because we have built this movement with everybody."
