LEAWOOD, Kan. (KCTV) - A licensed private investigator has been sentenced to diversion for trespassing at Travis Kelce’s home as he attempted to serve legal papers.

Leawood Municipal Court records released to KCTV5 show that Justin L. Fisher entered a 12-month diversion program on Tuesday, Dec. 2. He must also pay a fine of more than $1,000.

A report from the Leawood Police Department indicated that Fisher was arrested around 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 15, after he gained access to Kelce’s gated community.

The report also revealed that Fisher is believed to have jumped the fence onto one of the gated properties and trespassed.
