A 3.3-magnitude earthquake has struck England's North West, waking residents to shaking houses, with reports of tremors felt as far away as London.
The British Geological Survey (BGS) has confirmed the earthquake, with data showing the quake hit three kilometres beneath Lancashire at 11.23pm on Wednesday, December 3.
