Former rugby league star Kevin Sinfield was moved to tears on Thursday's BBC Breakfast ahead of his fourth ultramarathon.
Kevin, 45, has been participating in a challenge named 7 in 7: Together, where he undertakes seven ultramarathons over seven days. The ex-Leeds Rhinos player embarked on the challenge to raise funds and awareness for motor neurone disease (MND) in tribute to his late friend and former teammate Rob Burrow.
On Wednesday, prior to his third ultramarathon in South Wales, he spoke with the family of 14 year old Kyle Sieniawski, who tragically passed away last week after being diagnosed with MND this year.
Kyle was initially diagnosed with MND in January at the tender age of 13, after he started losing mobility in his arm, making him the youngest person
