Testimony in the murder trial of Brian Walshe continues Thursday morning, the fourth day of the case.

Earlier this week, prosecutors indicated they anticipated calling William Fastow, a Washington D.C.-based real estate agent, to the stand on Thursday. Fastow was having an affair with Walshe’s wife, Ana, at the time of her death in January 2023.

Brian Walshe, 50, is accused of killing Ana Walshe, then dismembering her remains, in the Cohasset home they shared with their three children on Jan. 1, 2023. He has admitted to moving her body and misleading the police investigation into her disappearance .

Ana Walshe’s remains have never been found.
