Billy Ray Cyrus shared a touching message to his daughter Miley Cyrus, following her engaged to Maxx Morando .

On Wednesday, the singer, 64, posted three photos to Instagram , including one shot of himself, Miley, 33, and Dolly Parton and two pictures of the pop star and drummer, 27.
