Images of what a potential garden neighbourhood in County Durham will look like have been released to give buyers a sneak peek of the future estate.

Homes on the north-western edge of Durham, Sniperley Park, form part of a major new neighbourhood that will eventually include 1,900 properties.

Bellway is delivering 368 homes across two sites within the development DH1 and The Green at DH1.

Emma Chesterton, sales director for Bellway North East, said: "Our information day was a great success and there is a high level of interest in these new homes as shown by the hundreds of people who have already registered to find out more."
