PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA is facing yet another setback, as it will miss another federally mandated deadline involving its Silverliner IV cars.
The agency is not able to add a thermal detection system on more than a dozen cars because of a shortage of wires needed for the installation.
The Federal Railroad Administration is aware of the situation and says it will not hold SEPTA in violation.
