Plans to build more than 1,000 homes in Ipswich are set to be discussed by the borough council next week.
A hybrid application to build two vehicle access roads off Westerfield Road alongside an outline plan for up to 1,020 homes will be discussed by Ipswich Borough Council.
Known as Red House Park, the plans would also see the construction of primary and early years education facilities as well as a local centre including takeaway restaurants and pubs.
The design and access statement says: "Red House Park will provide a high quality, sustainable garden suburb where people want to live and enjoy their spare time together.
